My Resurrection Didn't Start in a Gym—It Started on My Kitchen Floor

For years, I was the man I am now called to serve.

On the outside, I was a successful personal trainer. On the inside, I knew what to do but couldn't make myself do it. I was a former athlete who felt like a fraud in his own life, deeply disappointed in the man he saw in the mirror.

My breaking point came on a Sunday night, November 12th, 2023. After a sudden, devastating heartbreak shattered my world, I found myself completely lost. The weight of it all was crushing, and I collapsed onto my kitchen floor. It was there, in a moment of total surrender, that I finally said the words I'd been fighting for weeks:

"God, I can’t do this on my own. I surrender. I need you."

That was rock bottom. It was also the beginning of everything. (You can read the full story here)

That moment taught me that real transformation isn't about willpower or "beast mode." It's about making one Brave Choice when everything in you wants to quit. It's about rebuilding a foundation of self-trust from the ground up, rooted in faith.

I used that principle to rebuild myself, not just physically, but mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. The physical transformation was simply the outward expression of the internal resurrection. I learned to keep the promises I made to myself, day after day, and that one skill changed my entire life.

Now, my mission is to guide others through their own resurrection.

I help those who have hit rock bottom—those who have lost their integrity, their confidence, and their respect for who they see in the mirror. My coaching is not just a workout plan; it is an intervention. It is a structured protocol for those who are ready to do the hard work of rebuilding their lives.

This is about more than fitness. It is about helping you become the person you were created to be: a strong, resilient, and present leader, spouse, and parent who honors his word.

If you're tired of the life you're living, I get it. I've been there. But I also know the way out.

It starts with a single, brave choice.
